Online marketplace for waste, by-products, and service providers

The cluster Confindustria Emilia Area Centro is the initiator of the Circular Bulletin Board, an online marketplace for companies looking to buy or sell waste, by-products, and industrial processing scraps. 

Founded in 2023, the marketplace allows companies to post ads and to browse for suppliers by company type or waste type, including paper, wood, construction materials, metals, plastic, and organic waste. Companies can also search for circular economy service providers offering materials analysis and validation, certification, and Life Cycle Assessments. In this way, the platform aims to facilitate new collaboration opportunities while also saving resources, contributing to successful industrial symbiosis and circular economy development.

The platform was set up with the help of an external agency, but is managed by cluster staff of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro. It is free of charge and open to all interested organisations based in Italy.
