Green Transformation Cards to help companies become climate neutral

Green Tech Valley Austria has developed the Green Transformation Cards to guide organisations on their path to carbon neutrality. By offering the Green Transformation Cards, the cluster empowers companies to make meaningful progress towards a sustainable and climate-friendly future. They provide an overview of the issue, guidance on identifying and prioritising appropriate actions, and should inspire companies to start their journey towards carbon neutrality. The toolkit is aimed at manufacturing and service companies in all sectors and is available in English and German. The Green Transformation Cards are also available via an interactive online tool with downloadable resources, helpful links and practical tips. 

The toolkit includes 100 action cards, a do-it-yourself workshop guide and a Green Transformation Canvas. The material can be used by companies to independently develop an initial roadmap towards climate neutrality. The Green Transformation Cards cover ten key categories based on key business processes, including strategy & reporting, culture change, financing and business models. Together they present a total of one hundred actionable and easy-to-understand measures for companies seeking to achieve a green transformation. 

An initial workshop can help create a common understanding of ambitions and goals, and identify first steps and long-term actions. The cluster provides a do-it-yourself workshop guide to help prepare such a workshop. They also offer consultancy services to help companies through this process.

Over 4.000 sets of cards are already used by businesses and advisors.
