Digital Health Cluster is looking for a leading partner in INNOSUP Project " Cluster facilitated projects for new industrial value chains"

Digital Health and Innovation Cluster BULGARI is a nonprofit organization that supports companies and organizations in the field of digital health and innovation.

We are looking for leading partner in project: “HD HEALTHCARE” which aims to organize a process that crate a network of innovative SMEs.

This process will be implemented via a platform and a network of resources and participants. The co-creation of healthcare solutions will be based on the pull of the end-users’ needs throughout the patient journey. Companies, public services, end-users and communities being part of the value chain will collaborate and co-create innovative and digital health solutions working in networks. These cross country and cross industry networks will be tightly connected and intensely digital on the “HD HEALTHCARE” platform. They will be focused on creating healthcare solutions, starting from the patient journey and dealing with the unmet healthcare needs of the end-users. The main objective of these healthcare solutions will be to support the development of efficient, sustainable, and people-centered healthcare services based on data and technology. The impact of these solutions will be measured by the health outcomes and work flow optimization of the healthcare services. Thus the main issues connected with the fragmented patient journey and the existing silos across different healthcare systems could be solved.
