The goal of Innovation Vouchers Programme is to support communication, and sharing knowledge and know-how between the business and research spheres, which leads to intensification of own innovation activities of SMEs.

They can use innovation vouchers to purchase advisory, expert and innovation support services from research organizations. For instance: measurement, diagnostics, testing, analyses, verification and certification, modelling, software development, etc.

CYRKL is an on-line platform – secondary raw materials exchange – that aims to help recover materials, which have already fulfilled their primary function, but are still utilizable and suitable for further processing.

The exchange enables companies and municipalities to offer or demand secondary materials on-line. Users can see in real time where the material is available and vice versa where it is needed. They can easily filter not only by type of material, but also by other criteria, such as distance, etc.

C-VoUCHER is the first pan-European initiative, funded by the European Commission, fully adopting circular economy principles to transform linear value chains ('cradle to waste') into circular models ('cradle to cradle'®).

For the period 2018 to 2020, C-VoUCHER has earmarked € 4.2 million for European SMEs through four open calls: € 1.4 million as direct vouchers to companies to be spent on technology implementation; and € 2.8 million on additional services.

The Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade offers an annual Turning Waste into Resources award to inspiring projects that search for a novel use of secondary raw materials with the aim of saving resources and the environment.
