SILEO Talent Placement Project
Thanks to the SILEO Talent Placement project, CONSISTE S.C. has hired a skilled professional to contribute to the company's sustainability goals and foster growth in both creative material use and manufacturing process enhancement. This collaboration focuses on two key areas: creative use of materials and enhancement of manufacturing processes. In terms of creative material use, the objectives include introducing second-hand leather into the product line and designing furniture and lamps using gilt leather offcuts to minimize waste. For manufacturing process enhancement, CONSISTE aims to integrate digital design into its operations, starting with the implementation of 3D design. The Talent's role is crucial in creating digital designs for furniture and lamps, with the goal of developing a new collection that facilitates visualization for interior designers. Additionally, the Talent will actively contribute to improving the manufacturing process by maximizing material use and closely monitoring production to ensure the effective implementation of their designs.
CONSISTE S.C. will indirectly receive funding (€ 4.000) from the European Union’s Single Market Programme, via the SILEO Eurocluster Project (GA N.101074564).
