Precend brings together public and private stakeholders with Non destructive testing (NDT) & Structural health monitoring (SHM) expertise, equipments or needs.

The cluster regroups many expertise centers: technical centers, equipment suppliers, laboratories, providers and manufacturers from various business sectors (automotive, composites, rail, marine, aerospace, steelworkers...)

The cluster's missions are
