CEAGA held the final of the first edition of the Talent Race challenge contest to attract talent from universities and vocational training centres to the companies of the Galician Automotive and Mobility Cluster.

The Talent Race project seeks to connect the automotive and mobility industry with talent through the resolution of challenges. 16 companies from CEAGA presented real industry challenges related to industrial operations, logistics, sustainability or vehicles so that students could propose solutions, being able to interact with professionals, visit companies and access internship and employment opportunities.

A jury made up of professionals from the sector analysed the students' responses. Finally, three students from the University of Vigo (Galicia) were the winners; Two of them will participate in the Advanced Program in Management, taught by the prestigious IE Business School between September and December 2024 and focused on the sector. Another student will attend CES Las Vegas, the largest annual technology event in the world and currently a reference for the sector, which will be held from January 7 to 10, 2025.
