On October 8, CEAGA organised, in collaboration with the employment and career guidance company Adecco, an event to bring together HR professionals from companies in the Galician Automotive and Mobility Sector. The objective of the event was to talk about the future of employment and to share new scenarios and trends in labor relations. At this interesting day, which was attended by more than 50 participants, important topics were addressed such as conciliation or the specification of the working day, as well as other challenges in terms of labor flexibility and collective bargaining.

This meeting was attended by the Head of the Provincial Inspection of Labor and Social Security of Pontevedra (Galicia), Ana Pouso; and the Dean Judge of Vigo (Galicia), Germán Serrano. In addition, experts in the field such as Francisco Javier Blasco de Luna and José Oreiro from Adecco or Gabriel Miguel Rubio from the company Televés attended.
