Business Digital Transformation Project

As an established furniture company with almost 30 years of experience, BAU-SERVICE aims to adapt to changing market dynamics and leverage innovation and digitisation. BAU-SERVICE aspires to expand into the luminaire design and production sector. Through the SILEO business digital project, BAU-SERVICE will collaborate with the technology provider ENLUM to develop and assist in the implementation of a digital prototyping methodology for a new product: a modular high-end vanity unit with integrated lighting design. Successful implementation of this business digital transformation project will revolutionize the BAU-SERVICE product design process by incorporating digital tools, thus expediting the path to production. Furthermore, the integration of lighting design consultancy will open up exciting opportunities for launching a brand-new line of products, enhancing BAU-SERVICE’s market position and competitiveness.

Bau-Service Grzegorz Terpinski will receive indirect funding (€ 5.000) from the European Union’s Single Market Programme through the SILEO project (GA N.101074564).
